We are aware of an issue that is currently affecting customers using guest checkout to allow for the use of debit/credit cards without the need for a PayPal.com account.
We were informed by PayPal that it was due to their system issue which had impacted their products as such Express Checkout, Authorizations, Payments, Adaptive APIs, Express Checkout APIs, Payments Standard and Invoicing.
